Jessica French

Content Specialist

Jessica has a passion for medicine and education and has worked in many aspects including rescue, transport, elder care, training, and education. She started her journey in 2007 as an EMT and went on to become a Paramedic in 2010. She entered the education sector in early 2018 working with 911 e-Learning Solutions as an SME and within a year was extremely blessed to become an official member of the Design and Development team. 

Jessica enjoys being a lifelong learner and for the last several years she has fed her passions through instructional design and development, with a focus on development/SME work and content specialization. She has welcomed many hats (or helmets as we call them around here) and has been extremely fortunate to work directly with the CEO and an amazing team to help fine-tune the design of our product line and spearhead the creation of our in-house training program.

Today she enjoys keeping our content consistently awesome through many outlets including content and design needs, evaluations, and on-boarding our newest team members. Jessica’s favorite thing to do is help others be as amazing as I know they can be!
