Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy on all purchases made on our website. We offer a free demo/sample course for you to review before making a purchase. We invite you to complete one or more of our samples before making a purchase.

Please read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy are as follows:

  1. You are eligible for a full refund (less a $35 administrative fee) within 7 calendar days of your purchase or 7 calendar days of the start of class provided you have not completed a substantial amount (>10% of the week’s assignments) of course content.
  2. You are eligible for a 75% refund if a refund request is received after 10% of the course but less than 25% of the course has been completed.
  3. You are eligible for a 50% refund after 25% of the course but less than 50% of the course has been completed.

After 50% of the course has been completed, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product before purchasing or in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, a refund request form must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to the instructor, program director, or via e-mail to [email protected]. 911 e-Learning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to deny part or all of a refund for submitted incomplete refund request forms.

Refunds

Once your refund request form has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. Within 5 business days of receiving your refund request, we will inform you if your refund has been approved or refused and what amount of your payment will be refunded.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

In all cases, a minimum $35 administrative fee will be withheld from a refund request. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Greater than 10% but less than 25% of the course has been completed (75% refund)
  • Greater than 25% but less than 50% of the course has been completed (50% refund)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Course Failures

We do not offer refunds for failing a course. Anyone that receives a failing grade for any reason will not be eligible for a refund of course fees. 911 e-Learning Solutions, LLC and their instructors are available for consultation and additional tutoring at no extra cost. However, it is the responsibility of the individual student to request assistance by contacting the instructor, program coordinator, program director, or skills coordinator. Lack of effort on the part of a student is not the responsibility of anyone other than the student.

State Test Failures

Students in courses that lead to a state or national registry credential, will be eligible for a minimum 50% discount on repeat courses in the event of state or national testing failure. 911 e-Learning Solutions, LLC commits to working with all students and preparing them for credentialing exams. To that end, we are committed to offering remediation and additional tutoring at no extra cost for anyone that fails a state or national exam. It is the responsibility of the student to contact 911 e-Learning Solutions, LLC and requesting assistance prior to any additional attempts at the exam.

Course Cancellation

In the event a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be contacted and given the option of rolling your tuition over to the next available course, or receiving a full 100% refund. If you elect to be refunded your tuition, you will be refunded according to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
