911 e-Learning Solutions will issue two types of refunds for online sales. Those refunds are as follows and depend on the purchase date of the course(s):
- 1. If the date a refund is requested is within two weeks of the purchase date and the customer has not completed course requirements other than initial enrollment assignment(s), then a full refund can be issued. 911 e-Learning Solutions may retain a $35 admin fee.
- 2. If the date refund is requested is outside of two weeks from the purchase date or the customer has completed some (but not all) course requirements, a 50% refund may be issued.
If the customer requests a refund after completing the course and receiving a certificate, no refund will be issued.
