“The LifeStar EMT Academy Prep Course”
This course is designed to prepare you for the EMT Academy course.
In this course you will…
- review the syllabus for your EMT Academy.
- review and prepare for the EMT Academy’s dress code.
- complete the required self-enrollment in North Carolina Office of EMS (NCOEMS) Continuum database.
- upload required documentation (Driver’s License, HS Diploma or equivalent).
- order your book and testing components required for the course.
- complete the required “Traffic Incident Management” course .
The EMT Academy Course begins February 13, 2025. You will have access to the EMT course starting after midnight on that day.

- Feb, 27 – March 1 (Friday – Sunday)
- March 13 – 15 (Friday – Sunday)
- March 27 – 29 (Friday – Sunday)
- April 10 – 12 (Friday – Sunday)
- April 24 – 26 (Friday – Sunday)
